Web design and development

Scholara creates websites that are specifically tailored to the user needs of academic institutions. The websites have a modular structure to flexibly meet the requirements of different educational and research contexts.

Our solutions include flexible one-pagers, interactive conference and event websites, web presences for institutes and chairs and complex web platforms for universities and educational institutions - as powerful tools that make the digital presence of the institutions professional and appealing.

Scholara works with existing design specifications, such as the design of the parent university, to ensure a seamless and coherent user experience, but also offers individual web design that emphasises the uniqueness of an institution.

At Scholara, we have made it our mission to promote and support digital collaboration and communication within teams. Our digitalisation approach is geared towards the specific needs of academic institutions.

Our approach is based on understanding and optimally serving the range of processes in the academic sector - from efficient team collaboration, even across spatial and organisational boundaries, to the exchange of data and knowledge and the organisation of (teaching) events.

We rely on established open source technologies - free of license constraints - and are thus part of an open community that strives to improve interdisciplinary communication and simplify team processes, while at the same time attaching great importance to adaptability and scalability.
